Dawson
Probably a half-brother to Denali, this grade gelding came to us an unsocialized, timid little stud colt. He has no known health or soundness issues, and is very people oriented. He will remain small, and his temperament indicates he will make a wonderful youth horse. He's easy to load, has good ground manners, and some light experience under saddle. He still needs a lot of training, but the potential is there to be the horse for a person of smaller stature.
Dawson has been in training since May of 2009
Joy (Slice of Spice)
19 year old appy mare, bay. 14.5 hands. We picked her up on June 10, 2009. Weight 794 lbs. Very gentle, good with other horses, likes kids.
Hurry
30 year old Arabian gelding, 15 hands. We picked him up on June 16, 2009. Weight 684 lbs. He is sound, good feet. Blind in one eye. Very gentle nice old guy, wonderful around little kids.
Hurry today, ready to adopt.
Denali
Probably a half-sister to Dawson, this filly came to us unsocialized. She has no health or soundness issues. She is 14', has a great temperament and will make a wonderful youth horse. She has good ground manners, loads well and has been started under saddle. She still needs lots more training.
Denali has had some training since back with AER.
Fancy
Fancy is back with AER due to health problems with her owner.
Fancy has been started under saddle and is doing well, she still needs a lot of work. She is back with a trainer now that she is back with AER. She is good with farrier, vet, loads well, easy to be around. Fancy is timid and takes a confident person working with her. She is 14 hands. She is not ready for children yet but will be a good horse for a small person with lots of experience.
Dawson broke his leg and sadly had to be euthanized.
